Demand app on-the-go. With my guided classes you can fit your workouts around your busy
schedule. Most workouts only require a set of dumbbells making these workouts easy to do right at
home, many workouts require no equipment. A few workouts are longer in length in case you have
extra time to fit in that 60 minute Yoga session. Do you need just a 15 minute AM Rise & Shine
Stretch, I have that too!
I am certified in TRX, Kettlebell, Yoga, Pilates, BOSU, Life Stretch, Core, Gliding and more…. With a
such variety in the On-Demand workout library you’ll be challenged and invigorated!

*This program doesn’t include a coaching call, however when you complete the initial assessment
form, the habit coaching program will be established based on your responses. As you progress in
your fitness journey with me, we can reestablish the habit coaching goals as needed. A coaching call
can always be scheduled for $50.
